16oz rotini pasta
Chicken sausages sliced
4-5 cloves garlic chopped
2-3 zucchini sliced (1/2 lengthwise then in slices)
2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
1/2 can tomato sauce
Italian seasoning/salt/pepper
parm cheese
Boil pasta
With a few tablespoons olive oil sauté sausage till browned and cooked through.
Remove sausage
Sautee garlic about 1 min.
Add zucchini and tomatoes Add seasonings and sauté 5-8 min. until zucchini is softened and tomatoes are bursting.
Toss tomato sauce in and then add sausage back in. Stir in sausage and serve with parm and parsley.
