Best Italian pasta salad

1 pd uncooked pasta
3 cups cherry tomatoes cut in half
8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (small)
1 pd salami cut into cubes
3/4c kalamata olives sliced
3/4c peperoncini (cut-optional)
1/2c red onion sliced
1/2c fresh parsley chopped
DRESSING
1 1/2c olive oil
1/4c white vinegar or red wine vin.
1/4c water
2 tbls. sea salt
2 cloves garlic (or 1teas. garlic powder)
1 tbls. sugar
2 teas. dry oregano and dry basil
black pepper (any fresh herbs)

Cook pasta, Blend up dressing or shake together
Toss all ingredients together.  Add only about 3/4 of the dressing.  Add rest to leftovers.
